Reel Construction has been a part of the Reno/Sparks construction scene since 1976. The Caviglia Family has owned Reel Construction since 1991. Our primary focus is residential and commercial insurance work, and home remodels.
Matt Caviglia
Matt joined Reel Construction full-time at the beginning of 2015 after working 17 years as a project inspector for various firms in the engineering industry. Matt is a 4th generation Nevadan and grew up in the construction industry with his father Dennis, spending his summers working for Reel. He went on to graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2004 with a degree in Supply Chain Management. Attention to detail and customer service are his biggest priorities.
Geoff joined the Reel Construction team in 2022 after working in the construction industry for almost 30 years. He joined as superintendent and moved to estimating in 2025. Geoff has a degree in Business Management. His vast work experience includes installations, quality control, supervisory, managerial, operations, and project management. Geoff has been a Northern Nevada resident since 1982.
Craig started at Reel Construction as a laborer in 1999, moving up to a carpenter in 2001, and up to superintendent in 2004. He then worked at Belfor from 2007 to 2025 as a project manager, an operations manager, and an estimator. He rejoined the Reel Construction team as superintendent in March 2025. Craig has been a Reno resident for over 30 years.
Tiffany started working at Reel Construction in 2024. She's been working hand-in-hand with the contruction industry for over 10 years. Tiffany worked for Harbor Freight for 11 years and worked as an electritian for 2 years before joining the Reel Construction team. She was born and raised in Reno.
